Biodiversity in Saudi Arabia Photo Gallery
Biodiversity is essential for the processes that support all life on Earth, including humans. Without a wide range of animals, plants and microorganisms, we cannot have the healthy ecosystems that we rely on to provide us with the air we breathe and the food we eat. And people also value nature of itself.
For the United Nations in Saudi Arabia International Day for Biological Diversity on May 22 under the theme “Building a shared future for all life”. We celebrate the biodiversity of Saudi Arabia by showcasing the photos that have been selected from the biodiversity photo competition that launched on Mother Earth Day.
